My name is Katie and I have been a part of the DMG Financial Planning team since July 2018. I currently work a hybrid role as Human Resource Manager & Culture Manager for the firm and Client Relationship Manager for the Financial Planning Team. My role as Client Relationship Manager involves providing support to the planners, interacting with clients in and out of meetings and preparing advisers for their meetings whilst also delivering quality service at all times. I work closely with all members of our team. My role as Human Resource and Culture Manager includes but is not limited to employee relations, recruitment and staffing, performance management, employee engagement and playing a pivotal role in contributing to DMG's success by attracting, developing and retaining a skilled and motivated workforce.

My qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communications, majoring in communications and minoring in journalism and public relations graduating from Federation University in 2016. I also graduated from RMIT with a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management in 2023. Outside of work

I enjoy keeping active, playing netball for Sale City FNC and seeing family and friends on the regular. I am a member of the Sale City FNC committee and have been for 10+ years.
