I have been working with DMG since 1996 when I started as a trainee accountant. After progressing through the business, I was promoted to Managing Director in November 2014. Each day my time is shared servicing clients for their business accounting and taxation needs and managing DMG Financial.
Working with a diverse range of clients from agricultural and retail business to engineering companies has enabled me to develop a comprehensive knowledge of business management and taxation knowledge and skills to provide a holistic service to clients. Personal development and learning is important to me and in November 2019 I successfully completed the Gippsland Community Leadership Program.
My exposure as the Managing Director of DMG has provided first-hand experience to the issues of running a large company which further enables me to assist clients in managing their own businesses on a day to day basis.
I’m also a voting member of the DMG Diversified Portfolio Investment Committee.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children, keeping physically active and fit and barracking for Carlton Football Club. I captain the Longford Cricket Club A grade team and am passionate about helping develop the younger players at the club.

Wayne has been working for DMG Financial since 1989 becoming a Director of the firm in 2000. He has extensive knowledge in a wide range of taxation and accounting areas specialising in, Self Managed Superannuation funds (SMSF), Pensions, Business Tax and other exceptional client situations such as foreign income and tax.
Having completed a Bachelor of Business – Major in Accounting, Sub Major in Economics & Law, Wayne is also a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) with a Public Practicing Certificate and an SMSF Specialist Advisor accredited with SMSF Professionals Association of Australia (SPAA).
Wayne is based in our Sale Office but travels to Melbourne monthly to service his many clients in that area. As well as this, he also makes regular trips to Bairnsdale and Traralgon to meet with his clients in those areas. His variety of clients range from large local agricultural companies to major advisory firms in the city.
Always interested in helping others, Wayne is a Trustee of the Deductible Recipient Charitable Trust.
Wayne is an enthusiastic St Kilda supporter attending many games and also enjoys boating, fishing and cycling in his free time.

Hi, I'm Ben one of the Directors of DMG Financial. I have the pleasure of leading the Financial Planning team within our business, and I'm a voting member of the Clearwater Dynamic Portfolio. I have been working in the Financial Planning and Accounting industry since 1996 and have been with DMG Financial for over 20 years.
I love helping people work towards their aspirational goals whatever they might be. This is the most rewarding part of my job along with seeing my fantastic team develop.
I have a strong working knowledge of the Exxon Mobil Defined Benefit fund and the Oil Industry, and I have clients all over the world. I have a passion for cars and love driving around Sandown whenever I get the chance. I love sharing this passion with my wife and three fantastic kids. I also run Lanbrohini Skateboards with some mates from Primary School, a company we came up with when we were kids.

Harry is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and holds a double Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Banking & Finance) at Monash University. He joined the DMG team in 2020 after previously working at a mid-tier accounting firm in Melbourne.
Based in Melbourne, Harry will also often make various trips to Geelong and Gippsland to service clients in those areas. Away from work, he enjoys golf, playing with his dog, and watching sport - particularly St. Kilda if they are winning (rare).

After completing my Bachelor of Business and Commerce with a specialisation in Accounting & Economics at Monash University in 2011, I earned my CPA certification in 2013. My professional journey began at Michael Allen the predecessor firm to DMG Partners in 2005, where I've had the privilege of assisting clients from a wide range of businesses.
Based on my farming background, I specialise in primary production advisory and taxation, whilst also dealing with other industries including retail and road transport. When I’m not crunching numbers and helping businesses thrive, I also have a love for being outdoors. Camping, being at the family farm, nurturing my garden, and sharing quality time with my family and friends, including my husband and our four lovable Labradors, remain top priorities. In addition to my professional pursuits, I am a keen baker and cake decorator.

A typical Virgo, I am obsessed with details and getting things right the first time! This makes me well suited to my role as Senior Compliance Manager. It’s my job to ensure that we’re on top of regulatory requirements and that we’re maintaining the high standards we’ve always set for ourselves. I started in the financial services industry back in 1995 (now I’m definitely showing my age!) and have a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Melbourne and a Foundation Diploma in Financial Planning.

I have been with DMG Financial Planning for 17 years and completed my Accounting Degree in the year I turned 40. I feel like I’ve been studying forever but now have a couple of diplomas under my belt and am a Certified Financial Planner.
I have my own client base which is mainly retirees and being the wrong side of 50 means I feel most at home with this age group. I love it when my clients return from holidays they’ve been dreaming of for years or finally buy the new car that they’ve been talking about. My clients rely on me to help them make important decisions and I take this responsibility very seriously.
In 2007 I was voted by the staff as the ‘person most likely to get a job at Centrelink’ because I was the ‘Centrelink Guru’. In 2013 I was asked in a Performance Review where I would be working if I wasn’t at DMG and I replied, ‘In Aged Care’. That discussion was a bit of a revelation for me because it set me on the path to specialising in Aged Care advice and services for DMG Financial Planning. Skip ahead 6 years and Aged Care Advice is now a major part of our financial planning business and I head up this team. We help families by removing the administration burden of assessments and Centrelink reporting and manage the whole process so families are free to focus on what’s really important, which is supporting their loved one make the transition into care.
In 2019 DMG Financial Planning expanded their aged care services to the Geelong region where I work one week of every month out of my family’s holiday home in Grovedale. I love this part of Victoria and spend lots of my free time there exploring all the wineries, coastal towns and ice cream shops. Sale is home though and I’m not planning on making a permanent move anytime soon.
When I’m not commuting between Sale and Geelong, my husband Colin and I love spending time in our garden with our two dogs and visiting our three children and 4 grandchildren.

I started at DMG in 2008 after finishing secondary school. During my time at DMG I have worked with a wide range of clients preparing individual and business tax returns, assisting with administrative and software needs and working closely with our Financial Planning team providing valuable service and advice to our Self Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) clients.
My role is now centred around our SMSF clients in delivering an exceptional experience, and working with our SMSF Team as Team Leader. I also enjoy working with our business clients, helping them meet their compliance needs and achieve their business and personal goals.
While working at DMG I have gained my Bachelor of Accounting through the University of South Australia, later going on to complete the Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) qualification. I am also an accredited SMSF Specialist through the SMSF Association.
At DMG I am proud to be a part of the Emerging Leaders Group, which empowers and develops our firm’s future leaders. Outside of work I am a keen traveller, I particularly enjoy hiking and tasting the local cuisine while abroad. Whilst working full time and studying by distance, I’ve completed a Bachelor of Commerce at Deakin University, majoring in Accounting and Financial Planning, graduating with distinctions. In 2018 I completed my CA (Chartered Accountant) studies.
Most of my time is spent working in the business advisory space, specialising in cloud software, app recommendation and app implementation. I’m one of our Xero certified advisors with expertise in payroll, migration, retail and e-commerce, trades and construction and personal services. Outside of this, I work in accounting compliance, preparing personal income tax returns, business tax returns, financial reports and BAS’s.
Other than hanging out with my three formidably awesome girls, I like to skate, get tattoos, read books, drink wine, and comb my beard. I give business advice and work with all manner of tech.

While also providing support to the accountants, interacting with clients, and supporting a close relationship with our Financial Planners and auditors. Hi, my name is Deeahn and I have been part of the DMG Financial Planning team since June 2019. In my role as Client Services Manager, I am the first point of contact for our clients and provide excellent service on a daily basis. My role involves providing support to both our planners and valued clients by implementing the advice and making changes to our clients’ financial structures in an efficient manner.
In my day to day routine, I enjoy building relationships with our clients and being able to assist with their queries. I also appreciate the interactions I have with both our clients and my colleagues as I am continually learning from them the various aspects of the Financial Planning industry.
Prior to joining the team at DMG, I completed a Bachelor of Communications, majoring in Public Relations. In the future, I hope to further develop my skills and knowledge within the realm of Financial Planning.
Outside work I enjoy playing netball for the Sale City Football Netball Club and spending time with my young family. I enjoy keeping active and socializing with friends and family and I am lucky enough to work with some of my closest friends here at DMG.

I’m Amy and I’ve been working at DMG for almost 12 years now! Some of you may not have seen me as I work in the background managing the day-to-day business requirements for the firm.
My role today as Practice Manager is quite varied, but my background started in customer service and administration. I’ve always loved working with a variety of people in a positive and supportive environment. This is what lead me to obtaining a dual diploma in Business and Human Resource Management. I have a strong passion for the human element of our business and love working with our team to continue building on our great culture and creating a supportive and inclusive place for everyone.
Beyond work, I enjoy a good book and love an opportunity to get outside; whether gardening, exercising or socialising with friends and family, but most importantly, I cherish moments spending time with my daughter. I am lucky enough to have created a good balance of business and family, allowing me to have opportunities for growth, connection, and making a positive impact

I started at DMG in February 2023, straight after I graduated high school. I was offered a position as Trainee Accountant after completing some Work Experience in the Yarram office.
Most of my time is spent working on tax returns and BAS’s. I thoroughly enjoy learning new things and expanding my knowledge. My interest in accounting began with booking for my parents dairy farm. In my spare time I love to tend to my garden, go camping and spending time with family and friends.

When Jarrah is not immersed in the world of compliance, you can find her involved in the local community where she is a part of the Valencia Creek Hall Committee and plays an active role in her children’s education as a member of their school’s P&F Club.

I am currently studying to become a qualified Financial Adviser and I also work in the paraplanning team as part of my on the job training.
You may come across me as one of the first points of contact or I may join you in your meeting with your financial adviser. Originally from Sale, I moved to Melbourne at 16 to finish my education and later university, I then spent a year living in the UK in 2016 before returning to Sale to settle with my family.

Previously working in administrative and para-planning roles, Nadine is the Client Services Officer who specialises in Centrelink. Focused on assisting financial advisers with Centrelink issues and advocating on behalf of clients, Nadine is a great support for those clients navigating through the complex maze of the overwhelming Centrelink system.
Using her knowledge and understanding to offer guidance, Nadine can help alleviate the burdens of clients when tackling matters with Centrelink. Prior to joining DMG, Nadine studied and completed the Advanced Certificate in Office Administration and Certificate in Vocational Studies (Office/Clerical).

I have worked in eCommerce and a fraud protection platform as a support specialist. With the skills that I gained in customer service industry, I was able to become part of DMG Financial Planning Team.
Outside work, I enjoy being productive, I just could not stand doing nothing. I love playing games such as online games, boardgames and reading manga or webtoon. I also enjoy outdoor activities such as trekking, table tennis, badminton, and basketball. I also have a passion with business and currently doing it as a side job. I go to Church every Sunday and Wednesday to replenish my wellbeing.

Outside of work Manley enjoys, sitting on a park bench and meditating. He usually allocates ten minutes of his time per day to meditate and just get lost in the zone. Manley also enjoys running, walking, and playing volleyball. He is also passionate about photography and loves to visit new places with long standing history or just aesthetic café.
